Why I joined:
I joined SDT because, after getting to know a few of the girls, I realized how similar I was and thought how great I would get along with everyone. I really wanted to be apart of something that was close to a family since I am so far away from home and the sig delts is just somewhere where I feel that feeling!

Why I joined:
I initially joined Sigma Delta Tau because I'm from Plattsburgh and really wanted to get more involved in the area. Once I started going to rush events though, it was so much more. I fell in love with the genuine qualities of all the girls I met, and felt like it would be such an honor to be one of their sisters. They are all so caring and always there when I need them. Probably one of the biggest regrets I have throughout my college experience is not joining sooner, but I'm happy with every moment I get to spend with my new sisters!

I joined Sigma Delta Tau because I wanted to break out of my comfort zone and meet new people. I love each and every one of these girls, and they made me feel so comfortable while rushing. Why I joined:
When I first got to SUNY Plattsburgh, I knew I wanted to join an organization that helped a cause that I felt deeply about. When I first met the sisters of Sigma Delta Tau, I knew that these were the girls I wanted to call my sisters. I missed my family terribly, so I wanted a home away from home. I knew that SDT would empower me to be the best version of myself, and give me endless opportunities to become a leader. Joining SDT was one of the best decisions of my life!
