Why I Joined:
I joined SDT because, being away at school, I didn't have any friends. No one from my school was going to Plattsburgh, so I figured joining Sigma Delta Tau would be a great way to make friendships that will last a life time. Not to mention all the sisters of SDT are sweethearts so it made picking who to rush very easy!

Why I Joined:
I joined Sigma Delta Tau to be a part of something and get involved on campus. Being 5 hours away from my family, SDT has given me a true home at SUNY Plattsburgh. For me SDT has been that extra push to step out of my comfort zone and do things that I never would have had the drive to do without my organization and my sisters by my side!

Being a transfer student I wanted to become more involved on campus and meet a great group of girls . I couldn't imagine my life at Plattsburgh without all of my amazing sisters!

I joined Sigma Delta Tau because I wanted to build friendships that would go beyond our college years and with the girls of ΣΔΤ I could see that happening. Every girl was so welcoming, nice and unique in their own way. I loved everyone from the first rush event I attended and ever since I knew that Sigma Delta Tau was the right sorority for me!

I joined because I was used to playing on a sports team since I was five. I loved being a part of something and having a team of girls who were like family. When I came to school, I eventually got bored and missed being a part of something important to me and I missed having a team. I started going to ΣΔΤ's rush events not expecting much, but I instantly fell in love with the girls and what it's all about. I realized it was a great way to get involved and form close relationships with all the amazing sisters!

All throughout high school I have always been head of student council, committees for clubs snd sports, & I missed the sense of being together, working like a team. I joined SDT because one of the sisters from my hometown told me about how much she loved this organization and all of the fun she's had. I decided to check it out and fell in love instantly. Sigma Delta Tau gave me all of the feelings that I was missing and joining this sorority was everything like that and more than I could've ever imagined!
